If you have warm redhead, yellow- or peach-based shades in foundation and concealer work best, while a neutral foundation or concealer complements cooler tones.
However, that is not to say redheads can’t rock red lipstick, in fact, a deep red lip looks spectacular when you keep the rest of the make-up is understated.

This will likely wash out your whole look, or just look super intense. 
It’s best to avoid too much colour on your face and instead, better to add some texture to you skin, for example going for matte lips. Should you wish to add colour, you should go for the same family colour on your cheeks, lips, and eyes. So, if you have cool shades, opt for soft pale pinks, peach or beige tones for your eyes, lips and cheeks. Either that or pick a colour for only one out of the three.
However, if you’re wearing a paler hair colour, like a pale or pastel pink or light mermaid turquoise, then a statement lip will look delightful.
