3. Soft beachy waves

Beachy waves are perhaps one of the most popular summer hairstyles. Thankfully, this is another look that is really easy to achieve.
You can use your straighteners to create this look. Simply put in your clip in hair extensions and then, layer by layer, run your extensions down small sections of your hair in a wavy motion. This will create a soft wave. When you reach the top layer, use a fine-toothed comb to create some height and volume. Our double weft hair extensions are perfect for this look as they provide twice the amount of hair with the same amount of clips!
Finish off with a light mist of hairspray to hold the waves in place.
Use soft, downward strokes to blend, but not rub, the dye into the hair in a way that is natural and soft. Avoid blocks of colour; you’re aiming for a subtle, sun kissed vibe. Think about which bits of your hair would naturally turn blonde if you spent a lot of time in the sun. The side mid lengths and the front should be your main focus.
4. The high ponytail
An all-time, all season classic, the high ponytail is a timeless style that never disappoints. For summer, this super sleek look goes with just about anything, from a black maxi dress to an elegant two-piece.
Simply slick your own hair back into a ponytail, as high or low as your like and fix the extension ponytail on top of it! You can spice the look up a bit by adding some stunning hair accessories. Flick you ponytail for a super-fashionable take on this classic.
You can try our 26″ hair extensions for a really striking long look. To get a high ponytail using human hair extensions, blow dry your natural hair straight before running your straighteners through your hair and extensions. Don’t forget to add serum to help achieve a mirror shine which looks stunning.
5. Balayage highlights
If you’re not familiar with balayage, think of it as a more subtle version of ombre. The idea is the same – to get that sun kissed transition from dark to light – but the effect is more delicate and natural. This makes it a great option for girls who like to wear clip in hair extensions; the extra length gives hair the room it needs to create a seamless colour change.
6. The wavy bob
If you are growing their tresses out, the wavy bob is great way to show your natural waves some love. The waves give your look a summer vibe while the bib gives it an edgy touch.
7. Curls with bounce and body
While straight hair is chic and fantastic, heat-based styling is pretty bad for the health of your hair. So, it’s a good idea to have at least a couple of days, every week, without it. To tease your own tresses into long and beautiful curls, blow dry and then attach your clip in extensions before you wind your hair into rollers.
If you’re not ready to take the plunge and go for a bob cut, you can cheat a little and stick with more of a ‘lob’ (long bob) option. This will give you the flexibility and edge of a shorter cut, but it’ll also leave a lot of length behind for styling and experimentation. The lob is a great summer hairstyle, because it removes a lot of the weight and heft of longer hair. This makes it cooler and more comfortable during the hotter weeks and it gives over styled tresses an opportunity to bounce back and recover. If you have thin or flat hair, a little curl or wave is often needed to really spice things up.
