Are you trying to grow your hair? You are not alone. Whilst the bob is still popular and has been for several years many women who have tried it now want their long hair back. From Ariana Grande to Kim Kardashian there are definitely some awesome people that we can use for log hair inspiration. If you want to grow your hair there are some things that you should know to help you do it as quickly as possible and with lovely healthy hair.
1. How many times do you wash your locks?
2. Add some cool water
This is another tip when it comes to washing your locks. After you have massages in your conditioner (yeas massaging your scalp helps with growth as well) turn that hot water off. This may not sound at all appealing, particularly with the cooler weather we have been having but trust me it helps so much. It will definitely wake you up in the morning but more importantly, it helps to make your hair lovely and smooth. This makes your hair stronger and actually help to stop heat damaging your locks during the day.
3. Try different styles as your hair grows
Whilst you are still growing your hair it is a great time to test out some styles you might want. This is a great time to work out what haircut you want to have, experiment with layers and what hairdos you like the most. This is super easy to do with your Cliphair extensions and they are really easy to blend with our hair as it grows too.
4. Alter your diet
There is no avoiding it, what you eat has a huge impact not only on your health but also on your hair. The biggest thing I will say is please drink lots of water. This is not only great for your health but it is also great for your hair. Lots of leafy greens full of wonderful nutrients as well as sufficient amount of vitamin d and iron will keep your locks healthy, help prevent breakage and encourage your hair to grow.
5. Brush right
You brush from your roots to your ends right? Wrong! This will cause more knotting, weaken your hair and cause breakage. Instead, break your hair into sections and work from your ends to your roots. No more dragging.
