This competition is open to our customers worldwide and will run on across our social media platforms. Participants MUST be following us on either Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
• By participating in the giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not participate.
• The giveaway will run from 17:30 (GMT) on 24/03/20 until 11:59 (GMT) on 21/06/20. You must participate within the week of each giveaway challenge for a chance to win. 
Conditions of entry: to be entered into the giveaway:
• You must be aged over 18.
• You must have an Instagram, Facebook or Twitter account and use that account to participate in the giveaway; and you must enter during the challenge period.
• You must not in your comment include anything that is defamatory, libellous, blasphemous, incites racial hatred or which could otherwise cause harm, offence or damage to any person.
• All entries meeting the conditions of entry will be entered into the draw from which one winner will be chosen each week. You may participate in all challenges if you have not won previously. Winners cannot participate in following challenges.
• There is only one entry per Instagram/FB/Twitter giveaway per person. Bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted.
• The giveaway lasts for the stated period. At the end of each challenge, no further entries will be accepted. If you enter after the challenge ends, you will not be included in the winner’s draw.
• Copyright for all images submitted for this competition remains with the entrants. However, in consideration of their entering the competition, each entrant grants a perpetual licence to Cliphair to feature any or all of the submitted images in any of our websites, social media and/or in any promotional material.
• The prize (hair) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.
• The winner will be contacted within [7] days of the end of the challenge period on the social media account they used to participate in the giveaway. The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the hair extensions and provide proof of identity where necessary.
• The hair extensions must be claimed within 5 days of the date of our notification to you. If unclaimed after this time, Cliphair reserves the right to offer the prize to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
