The postage and packaging is included in the price of the merchandise therefore you don’t need to pay extra for the shipping. Any order made before 12:00 pm will be ship on the same working day (weekends/public holidays/ Bank holidays are not considered as a working day). We have an alliance with Royal mail postal service for the deliveries with in U.K. You can select any of the following postal methods for the delivery.

 • Free Delivery: This is free of cost and we will use 1st class recorded for the delivery. It will take 2-3 working days to get delivered. This will require your availability for signing the order.

Next Day Delivery With in U.K

 • Next Day Delivery: We also offer special delivery (Next day delivery/ Saturday Guaranteed) service which guarantees the delivery within 24 hours provided the order is made before 2:00 pm. The charges for the special delivery are £7.99. This will also require your availability for signing the order. It will come between 9am to 1pm the very next day of your purchase.

 • Get it fast - Before 9:00 am: This postal service guarantees the delivery very next day before 9:00 am, provided the order is made before 2:00 pm. The charges for this delivery are £ 9.99. This will require your availability for signing the order.

Different Delivery and Billing address?

It is highly recommended that your delivery address is the same as your billing address. Delivery will be subjected to fraud risk assessment and the order could be withhold or sent to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated high.

Can anyone else sign for my order?

Yes, anyone available at the provided delivery address can sign for your order.

We have an alliance with Royal Mail for the deliveries within EU countries. We will use International Signed For service which is an Insured Delivery service and comes with a tracking number so you can track your order. This service usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver the order.

However the delivery time can take longer than usual due to the security clearance at overseas custom department. Customers can claim for a missing item after 20 working days from the dispatch date. If you have not received the item within the specified days, you can contact us for a replacement/full refund option.
